Dog Park
Royal Oaks RV Park is excited to announce the upcoming addition of a large dog park and play area, set to opened in late summer 2024. This newly constructed facility will provides an excellent space for dogs to exercise, socialize, and have fun.

Fishing Pond
Quiet nature setting with towering oak trees and a stocked pond and all sites set up for 50 or 30 amps. We are conveniently located just 5 minutes to Caddo Mills, 10 minutes to Royse City or Greenville, 20 minutes to Rockwall, and 40 minutes to Dallas. Restaurants, shopping, parks, lakes, and many other attractions are close by. Caddo Mills has an excellent school district rating.

Our new his and her secure community bathrooms features large showers with handrails, dressing area with plenty of counter space and clean, well-stocked restrooms with private stalls.

This newly designed laundry room features a spacious folding table, making it easy to manage your laundry needs.
